Thanks, Jeff, for your good photos & interesting & humorous comments! I was there in summer, so glad I could visit Catherine's Palace! Also I visited Sibelius' home outside Helsinki, used to play his music on the piano...Hope your Dad gets to Hawaii, one day! Did you know, you can now (or soon>?) see 3 million artefacts in the Hermitage Museum, on www.hermitagemuseum.org?
