Obsidian or flint blades completed the fine carving. This temple and some other 30 others were built in the third and fourth millennia BC by a culture that migrated from Sicily. Mnajdra is a complex site consisting of three temples overlooking an oval forecourt as you could see in the picture. The Mnajdra Temples lie at the foot of the hill on which its not far from the temples of Hagar Qim were Carmelina and I [Charles Bray] visited. </div></nolayer></noembed>
