The history of Havana has many faces that came with its beautiful landscape: Chacón, who used to loiter aroung areas of Punta, the Bay area, and the boat terminal of Regal and Casa Blanca. He was another figure like El Caballero de Paris.

My memories go back
Seing your beatiful pictures(why you din't include San Francisco Square!!!,) is like go back to Havana, one of the most beatiful and amazing cities of the world, my city. I was born there and is hard for me to see how the city is.The magnificent of Havana let you without words, its devastation too.But the city even stand, waiting for a miracle to preserve it for nexts generation.The architecture of Havana is, probably,the most diverse and beatiful in America, and you know what...!I can not say this whitout cry because I don't see any way to save the city into the cuban comunist society which should desapear to alow the city rebirn. I agreed with you the architecture of the Old Havana is very interesting but the history of the architecture in Cuba did not finish with the colony, as a matter of fact the Havana School of Architecture was very famous before Castro's regimen, and there are master pieces of that School like the Focsa building in the neighborhood of El Vedado among others.
