thank for the pictures of cuba,i walked all those streets as a kid going to my great uncles office in Paula #64. As colorful as these were,these pictures are embarrassing to see. i wish you could have seen it when there were women in clean and freshly ironed dresses, and men in linen guayaberas and everything was clean and painted and well maintained and neat. I walked by this building in November. There was a Salsa dance going on with the locals you could not get in but you could look in the windows it was the happiest I saw the cubans.

After looking at all your lovely photos of Havana, I was struck with how sureal the city must have been with so few colours of paint being used. The same tint of blue, yellow green and peach over and over! It must have seemed very odd, like you were on some Hollywood movie set. Kind of reminded me of "Dick Tracy" but with a different palete.
