The cycle routes we followed in the Czech Republic were generally very good but sometimes they were really quite rough. After leaving Trebon we rode on smooth bitumen, rough stones and through a swamp before reaching this comparatively dry stretch of track through a forest. the only problem with stopping for a rest here was the large clowds of mosquitos that attacked us as soon as we stopped moving.
