The mist had moved in from the ocean and the streets were wet and slippery. We grabbed a cab to the Barranco district of Lima. There we walked around the mostly dark streets. Couples gathered under metal coverings, sitting on concrete benches.
From the square a street followed the train tracks and ran by the Museo Del Electricido. Several street ran off this one and down to a view of the ocean from a high cliff. The white foam of the waves were distinct against the dark water. ... (more)
