During our stay in El Chalten, we booked a day trip to Glacier Viedma with the company Viedma Discovery. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&safe=off&q=glacier+viedma&btnG=Search The walk on the glacier was easy (crampons are always a little awkward at first but it was not technical at all). We really enjoyed going through a cave but the best part was when we went under the glacier.
