Even the industrial buildings are painted in vivid colors in Buenos Aires' La Boca district, located not far from the city's port. (The city's three million residents call themselves "Portenos", which means "from the port".) In La Boca, Portenos are truly Portenos. I found this young Porteno sitting within a doorway -- he adds a sense of scale to the building's large facade.
