In 1999 I bought my first decent reflex camera (Minolta 505si) and where better to practise using it than around Kathmandu? I went there for a week in the fall of 1999, combined with a trip to India (see other articles on this website).. I visited Kathmandu, as well as Bhaktapur and Patan. I hope you enjoy the results, which are now improved thanks to Phil Douglis who has given me invaluable advice!
