I'm thinking that the two fellows to the left should be closely watched by the police. As it turned out this protest was organized by some unions to demand that the city of Daegu does more to find employment for people with disabilities. In the police's defense the union who organized the protest does have a reputation of "causing trouble" and as I recently found out most of the riot police in Korea are just young men fulfilling their obligated two year military service. Still there was a lot of police there for a rally about rights for the disabled.
