Wildwood Boardwalk<br> Bicycling in The Jersey Shore picture - Bicycles are allowed on the Boardwalk until 11am. I see at least 20 bikes in this photo. Sometimes its so busy that it's dangerous to cross the boardwalk. I counted 150 bikes in a 15 minute period on one Saturday morning. The intensity of bicycle activity here indicates that the potential for bicycling is great. Why do the visitors of this mostly blue collar resort bicycle here more than anywhere else? Do people visit the Jersey Shore because they can walk and bicycle without giving it a thought?
