Vollfossen is a great waterfall located some 25 km to S from Olden village in Sogn og Fjordane region (the village is at national road No. 60). When turning to S from Oldane, you will see one of the most scenic lakes in Norway, called Oldevaten. The first thing you see behind Oldevaten, is the Maelkevold Glacier. Soon afterwards, on the right, you will see the Vollfossen waterfall.
