Wonderful day trip to Sonoma Valley -- started with stop at a unique demonstration garden across the street from Gloria Ferrer using interesting architectural and natural elements other than traditional plant materials. Visited St. Francis winery and a miniature donkey farm afterwards that also sold exotic birds. Finished up the day with dinner at a fabulous restaurant called "FLAVOR BISTRO" in downtown Santa Rosa in the old Courthouse square -- a must stop for anyone in the area.
