On top of all these, Genting Highlands is also very famous for its Casinos. It's also known as The Casino City! They offer all kinds of game such as blackjack, baccarat, roulette, keno, French bull, Tai Sai, etc. Most of them are open daily 24 hours.
We went there by very comfortable air-con coach from Singapore since we were there for our one month holiday. It's much cheaper this way as compared to direct reservation from Europe. We departed at 10 pm to arrive at Genting at 4 am. Since we were well rested on the way up, we started our tour right away. At this hour only the Casinos are available, so we went in to take a look. We were really impressed by the crowd at this hour. There are people of all ages (min. 21 yrs of age before you're allow to go in) everywhere inside the Casino, on the gaming tables, slot machines and resturants too.
Although we are non-gambler, we still find the tour of the casino quite an experience. It's interesting, we even joint as member at Monte Carlo Casino just for fun since it's free. To our surprised, we were given a free night stay at First World Hotel! So remember, be their member!!! Hahaha!!!
