Hike to Teluk Kempi, 27 Mac 2005

Last Sunday 27th Mac , we continue with our weekly training and hike to Teluk Kempi for our Liang East Liang West expedition. As usual we ladies carry the load of 10kgs.

Teluk Kempi is a beautiful lagoon after Pantai Keracut. We took approximately 1 hour from Pantai Keracut to reach there. The trail is a steep uphill for 1/2 hour and very slippery downhill for the next 1/2 hour.
