Last week, 20th March 2005 the route of our hiking were: Air Itam Dam-Road To Heaven-Lan Jiao Yuan-Ngoh Hean-Telecommunication Station-Air Itam Dam
We started at 7.40am after all the arrival. Its was a long hour hike this round. For those who's going to conquer Liang East Liang West Expedition, they were required to carry a backpack of weight 12kgs for man & 10kgs for woman.
