One of the best places to eat in Taipei is in the middle of nowhere along the YangmingShan range of mountains. You have to take the Royal bus that runs along Chung Shan North Road (NT$80/person) and suffer over an hour of winding roads to get to Huayi Chun, or the Village of Flower Arts. Huayi Chun is a tea house, restaurant, and hot spring rolled into one, and we found it by watching how many people got off the bus there.
