I never thought I'd ever find Eli's cheesecake in Taiwan. I had it as dessert flying business class on United Airlines, and it's divine. Think of an American cheesecake that's doesn't crumble so much as melt sensuously in the mouth, not too sweet, with a hint of vanilla and lemon. The cheesecake from Taipei's Milk Houses (NT$40/piece) is like that.
