Not the Tomb of Mary the Mother of Jesus
Thank you so much for sharing! These photos were such a joy! However, those are not pictures of the tomb of Mary the Mother of Jesus. Her relics/remains have never been found. She is said to have died in Ephasis. Her sepulchre is there, however her body is not. Most historians agree that she left Nazareth with John, the beloved disciple after the descent of the Holy Spirit. What you have taken pictures of is probably a shrine to Mary.

Thank you for showing us these places, sacred to so many of us. Oh, that we would all be one, as Jesus and Mohammed desired!
