When visiting Los Angeles, odds are pretty iffy that you'll run into a real live celebrity. However, dead celebrities are much easier to find. Almost every cemetery of any significance will have the remains or cremains of a few famous people.

Among some of your best bets are Hollywood Forever, just north of Paramount Studios, where you will find Mel Blanc, Hattie McDaniels, Tyrone Power and Cecil B. DeMille among the graves.

In a little cemetery hidden behind some businesses in Westwood. Here you will find the final resting places for Marilyn Monroe, Armand Hammer, Helen Hayes, Dean Martin, Buddy Rich, Brian Kieth, Peggy Lee, Darryl Zanuck, Walter Matthau, Billy Wilder and Jack Lemmon, among others.
