Bullfighting is a bloody sport...don't think otherwise. I'd seen a bullfight before in Spain, but my brother had never witnessed one, so we went in Cancun. If you don't like blood and cruelty to animals offends you, don't go. Bullfighting is an ingrained part of the Latin culture; criticizing it is not wise. Part of experiencing a new culture includes seeing things that may not seem proper to your own.
