The first night, we slept in a Kibbutz hotel - very nice. A kibboutz is normally an agricultural farm where a group of famillies live and the profits are shared. Everybody gets the same salary (of course, it is balanced if you have more or less children, health status...). Here, it happened to be a hotel.
