With lots of rain and dark grey skies, I didn't stop for too many pictures along the highway my first day up to Fort Nelson. I was disappointed to find more rain the next morning. That is, until I rounded a curve as the road passed through the mountains and I found myself in a summer snowstorm. It was a bit unexpected, but actually quite pretty, including at this stop at Summit Lake.
