Pseudotrillium
The plant that you have labeled as Pseudotrillium rivale, isn't. Pst. rivale is a pedicellate trillium like Trillium ovatum. It is generally white or pink with pink spots on the petals. You can see a photo at www.goldsword.com/sfarmer/Article
