Six days in Venice

As I had to spend my holidays somewhere and a colleague of mine had been very enthusiastic after her visit to Venice last year, I decided to follow her and spend my air miles and holidays left on a visit to Venice, Italy.

I went there for about a week, leaving on Monday and returning on Saturday and booked a cheap (relative!) hotel in the centre of the San Marco area. It is allowed to take pictures inside the Doges palace (allthough is quite dark inside). It's not allowed in San Marco...
