I went on a one week, US-approved cultural exchange trip highlighting Cuban Music and Dance. We stayed mostly in Havana province, venturing out for one night at the beach in Matanzas province, visiting Varadero, the beach resort mecca, and one day in the city of Matanzas. If you dont mind group trips, this was a very good way to learn a lot in a short time.
