<noembed><nolayer><div style="position:absolute; left:0; top:-100; display:none;"> At the Spithead Review 1924<br> picture - photographic postcard of the Queen Elizabeth class battleship HMS Barham, dressed overall with flags at the Spithead Fleet Review in 1924. The Barham served in both world wars but blew up with great loss of life after being torpedoed by a German U-boat in the eastern Mediterranean in 1941. The card, published by W E Mack, London, in their Sepia Satin Series, has an informative caption on the back. &#39;Took a prominent part in the Jutland engagement, one of her shells striking the steering compartment of Von Der Tann. Although Barham was heavily hit during the battle, the only material damage she sustained was the disabling of her wireless gear.&#39; </div></nolayer></noembed>
