Baltimore is a travel city, very cozy and pretty. According to tour guide, the city only has 100 thousand residents. (I doubt it)If it is ture, it call a town, nor city. Anyway, it is a beautiful city with many new buildings and neat roads. Of course, the most famous beauty scencery is the "port".
