I had always heard only good reviews about Eritrea and had been bugging my boss for many months to let me go there. I finally got my chance for the last two weeks in March. This place lived up to every expectation and more. It is one of my favorite countries already and I really only got to see Asmara and adi Quala. It is an extremely safe and friendly country - the people are fantastic. You can walk around the streets at night and there plenty to see and do.
