Punta Cana March '03

We spent one of the best weeks of our lives from Feb.27 thru March 6 2003 at the Iberostar Dominicana in Punta Cana.

This was our first vacation at an al-inclusive. We have been on 5 cruises before thru out the western and eastern Caribbean, and this was by far had the nicest beach and resort we have ever seen. We went with our neighbors Kevin and Barb who were in Punta Cana 2 yrs. ago. We are so glad they talked us into going. We may never cruise again. WHAT IS HEAVEN ON EARTH????
PUNTA CANA IS DEFINITELY HEAVEN ON EARTH...I WOULD LIKE TO QUIT WORKING AND BE A BEACH BUM..AND NO PLACE BUT THERE...THE IBEROSTAR DOMINICANA IS A WONDERFUL PLACE...WE STAYED IN THE SAME BLDGS THAT YOU DID...ONCE...THEN 3 TIMES IN THE REGULAR ROOMS...I'VE BEEN TO THE DOMINICANA 4 TIMES...AND AM LEAVING IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS...MY HUSBAND JIM, MYSELF, AND FRIENDS KEITH AND CINDY ARE GOING...

I also have cruised many times before but have made over a dozen trips to the DR, Punta Cana is tops, as good as the Mayan Riviera in PDC Mexico, thanks for looking in at my pics.

It looks like you had a lot of fun in the Dominican Republic. The weather certainly appears to have been good. I stayed at the Hodelpa Caribe Club in Punta Cana two years ago and had a wonderful time. Aren't the beaches there great?
