Maui, April 2003 (Honeymoon)

April 2003, My new wife Debbie and I were married. What better place to enjoy a honeymoon but Maui. Prior the trip, everyone had told me that Hawaii would "blow away" the caribbean. This was hard for me to believe, but it was immediatly apparent the second we landed! Maui is one incredible island paradise!

Our trip lasted a short 7 days, and we wished for more the day we came home. There are many picutures here to see, but there is just so much to see on Maui!

Comparison
The pics remind me so much of our honeymoon 10 years ago. We stayed at the Maui Intercontinental Resort. Next door was the Grand Wailea. Is it still there? The Grand Wailea Resort was magnificent. We spent most of our time there with their water resort and underground bar. The weirdest part of our trip was that we ran into people we knew from Baylor in Lahaina. Small world, huh? Looks like you had a great time like we did. Can't wait to go back someday.....

Um... I was expecting Hula dancers. Where are the Hula dancers? Seriously, very nice. From the beauty of the surroundings there, it looks as if we're lucky y'all came back. Very nice!
