DR photos
Loved your trip. Been going to the DR for 20 years and have managed to stay out of All Inclusives (boring), but this year was the first time to the Dajabon market. Great time. Also stayed in Nicolas Nader in SD about 15 years ago. If you haven't, you have to take the mountain road all the way through from Costanza to San Jose de Ocoa, a great little town. It's really LandRover heaven, lots of old ones still running. It's beautiful around the Sierra de Baoruco south of Barahona too. It's a gorgeous country with really nice people. I look forward to reading your article. Was your snorkelling all around Monte Cristi or was it around Punta Rusia too? It looked better than what we generally run into. L&B in NH

Leader of the Underwater Realm
Hey there travellers, we don't understand how you could have missed our delegation. The meeting was at high noon in the open water wasn't it? We brought everything, including the waterproof briefcases full of money. Hey we want this deal done more than you know. Finding a freakin' manatee-human translator was hard enough! So who is this elusive "Katie," the hider behind boats? Is she security? Is she with us? We'd like nothing better than to give her the three ton mushy treatment, but we just don't want to rock the boat, see? She was "hiding" right next to the boat! Lets meet again, but this time in our territory. Bermuda. Next week. No coconuts this time!
