The temple consists of a single nave and above this raises the dome. In its interior, the major altarpiece stands out, with great Salomon columns. Of the building that lodges today the Pontifical University stands out the "Studies Cloister", a work by García de Quiñónes, with gigantic columns and adorned with balconies, that turn this into one of the most beautiful Baroque cloisters.
