Sunset in Santa Cruz, New Years Eve 2002

So, with 2002 rolling to a close, I felt like it would be good to head out to the coast to watch the sun set on the year. I had done this in 2000, down in Pismo Beach, and almost got to do it in 2001. Something just seems appropriate about watching the sun disappear beyond the water as a New Year arrives.
