http://www.nidarosdomen.no/english/ The new museum, which was opened in June 1997, is designed around the rich finds made on the site of the fire. The old precinct walls were uncovered, and are now part of the museum together with the Archbishop's mint, the unique find which has been preserved exactly as found by archaeologists.
