Alaska 2002

In July of 2002, we made our way to Healy, Alaska, to visit my best friend and his wife, Sean and Mindy Fielding. This was our first visit to this beautiful state, and our daughter Ashley's first plane ride! A lot of firsts on this trip! We left Detroit bound for Anchorage. Once we arrived in Anchorage, we headed north in our rental car towards Denali National Park.

Alaska reminders
Loved viewing your pictures. We have been twice and each time enjoyed Denali that much better. We lucked out and could see McKinley from the foothills to the tip top. It was a delight. We want to go back again this year. Have always gone in June. Thanks for sharing. Jan White
