Ayubia National Park is a small national park in the Murree hills situated at an elevation of approximately 8053 feet above sea level. The park is surrounded by seven major villages and three small towns (Nathiagali, Ayubia and Khanpur). The scenery is superb with huge pine forests and magnificent green hills. Ayubia National Park is a major recreation and tourist area visited by large numbers of tourists. One of the major tourist attractions in the area is a chairlift ride which goes up to the summit of the nearby mountain range for a gorgeous panoramic view of the forested hills. This picture was taken from our chairlift just as we had reached the summit and were about to get off.
