Ruka is one of the most popular ski resorts in Finland. Its located near the town of Kuusamo, just below the Arctic Circle, and a little over 800 km north of Helsinki. They have activities during summers also, and hold one ski lift open so you can go up to enjoy the views or go hiking or mountain biking.
