This article is very short. The water was much more interesting than my camera. We swam all day. This gem of an island's name translates to Little Grain of Gold which it was. It is in the bay off of Coiba Island which served as a penal colony for Panama. The history of the island is facinating including the fact that the guards locked themselves away for the night while the prisoners roamed the island. It's remoteness kept the prisoners from escaping.
