Old Financial District<br> Sightseeing in Los Angeles picture - As I understand it (from a tour guide) Spring Street is a former Financial District now called the Old Banking District. Many of the hundreds of buildings that line this street have been converted to residential where there is now a sizeable population of around twenty-five thousand residents and still growing as more buildings are being converted for residential use.
