Pantai Acheh Forest Reserve was declared the Penang National Park on 4th April 2003 by our Acting Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. The Penang National Park comprises 1181 ha of forest and 1381 ha of wetlands. Located at the north-western corner of Penang Island, Malaysia, it is the most remote part of the state.
