Oulu is a northern town in Finland, on the countrys west coast. It is the 6th largest town/city in Finland, with a population of about 125 000. Its known for its schools and for technology. We stopped there for a night on our way back south from the Arctic Circle, and liked the town a lot. Pictures of our road trip are in another article here,
