In Pontassieve, a little region in the Tuscany, just 15km from Florence, I worked on a certified organic & biodynamic vineyard at the wonderful Fattoria Cerreto Libri, a little Tuscan farm, surrounded by yellow & green Chianti hills - a quilt with patches of well-tended vineyards and olive groves.
