Another one of those bad days happened on my exit north from Hama. I made the poor decision of attempting a trip to the dead city of Serjilla, and it was far more trouble than it was worth. It took me five taxis to just get on the road to Aleppo and then another minibus to Kafr Nabl. Then a 'friend' took me on a passing bus driven by his friends who gave me what I presumed was a free lift out to the dead city.
