Roma kloster<br> Gotland picture - With the reformation the abbey was abandoned. It was resigned into the Danish Crown's ownership. When Gotland became Swedish again in 1645, the kloster was in a sad state. In 1733 the governor had a residence built for himself at the Klostergarden. The building materials used, were taken from the old abbey.
