This Indian style fried noodles is mainly sold by Indian Muslim hawkers. Yellow noodles are fried with bean sprouts, chillies, sliced fried bean curd, boiled potatoes, squids & prawn patties. Egg can be included to enhance the taste. Garnish - fried shallot flakes, ground peanuts, shredded lettuce & chopped spring onions. Even though this is an Indian style noodles, you won't be able to get it in India.
