My husband and I just returned from a 7-day vacation at this resort. We had never been to Cuba before. What an experience. Everyone is so wonderful and helpful, especially Mario & Rafael at the Snack Bar. GREAT guys!! Our room was spotless. As long as you are friendly and kind the staff will inturn do whatever they can for you. I recommend this vacation/resort to everyone, even families with children. Remember, it is Cuba and they are poor.

The resort was beautiful and the people so very nice. Every night the entertainment was great and my daughter Tessie enjoyed herself so very much. All you people know how to do is complain. If your looking for luxurious paradise then book a five star and stop complaining. This is a five star and it's funny how people are saying it is like a three star. I've been to a three star and it was horrible, so if your so picky pay two thousand dollars and know youll like it at some million dollar resort rather than complaining.

Sorry but if you think RIU great thats because you never see oders in CUBA and must go to havana at least 2 days on your hone. In the caribbean try republica dominican little better, jamaica more better and for french canadian have guadalupe. Just the 4 islands I know there. You know Portuguese blood have to travel. Guys must go brasil not rio or são paulo try PIPA near NATAL great place, go there every year a calm and secure place till now lets keep like that. See you around LOL

Food was average, rooms were clean but far from a 4 star resort as adverticed, beach beautiful, shows were not too good, same routine every night,bar in room was one bottle of rum on table, would not go back.Glad it did not rain very little to do.
