The museum holds many Doukhobor artifacts ranging from photos, handicrafts, clothing & hand tools. The museum also has the original carriage that the Canadian Government gave to Peter V. Verigin. Note the plaque showing the Doukhobor precept. They are pacifists who reject war & violence. They even abstain from eating meat as it involves killing an animal.
