Avanos Pottery<br> Plateau of Anatolia picture - They do a wonderful job of their plates and bowls in this pottery artisan's workshop in Avanos. The skill is handed down through generations and the end result is rather good. Too fragile to be a great investment for backpackers though. The clown pants are probably not a goer either.
