I went to Portugal in the beginning of July 2003 for a wedding of a very dear friend, and had a great chance to get to know a bit the part of Portugal which is not so touristic. These photos are mainly from a small city called Guimaraes - a wonderful place to visit! It's a vivid city 45 minutes bus drive from Porto. I can warmly recommend this city to anyone.
